in Christ’s name!
you are a believer, a seeker, a neighbor, or a skeptic, there is
a place for you at Creekside Church. We are a family of faith that
is committed to hospitality, and I would like to get to know you.
Drop in during my office hours or call and set up a time. You are
invited to Sunday worship, or to use our grounds during the week.
We have a beautiful prayer garden, playground, and basketball court
that are open to everyone. In the summer months our community garden
produces enough to share.
I have served
as a pastor at Creekside since 2011, but have been a member of this
church since 1996. I am married and have three grown children, all
of whom grew up at Creekside. Church has been a place where we have
received the love of Christ and been challenged to grow in our faith.
My goal is to share that love and the challenge of discipleship
I have grown
up in the Church of the Brethren and served as a lay member of congregations,
as well as in district and denominational leadership positions.
Brethren history, theology, and family connections have played a
significant role in my own formation as a person and as a pastor.
Before enrolling in seminary I was a free-lance lettering artist,
and I still enjoy lettering and design. I am an avid reader, a determined
runner, and a casual kayaker. My favorite vacation places have warm
sun, sand, and water.
